Dry Filter Spray Room – 6m Wide x 6m Deep x 2.5m High – Insulated

Our 6m x 6m x 2.5m high Dry Filter Spray Room provides a dedicated and controlled environment for professional spray painting, coating and finishing applications.

The room is constructed from insulated steel panels with a white external finish and galvanised internal finish, providing a clean, professional exterior with a practical internal surface for a spray environment. The galvanised interior also allows suitable cleaning chemicals to be used where required. A suitable protective coating can be applied to the internal surfaces to provide an additional barrier and make future cleaning and maintenance easier.

Extraction & Air Input

The spray room is fitted with two 630mm diameter / 2.2kW belt-driven axial (BDA) extraction fans, each providing 14,400m³/hr at 200 Pa. Together, the two fans provide a total extraction capacity of 28,800m³/hr at 200 Pa.

The extraction chest is fitted with Andreae High Efficiency Extract Filter (AF923) filter media for effective overspray filtration.

Filtered replacement air is introduced through the roof using BS290 blue and white roll filter media, helping provide a controlled airflow through the spray room.

Product Flow, Access & Lighting

The room is designed with a through-flow product arrangement, allowing products to enter through one end and exit through the opposite end.

The main product access is provided by two sets of bi-folding doors, one at each end of the room, allowing convenient product entry and exit without requiring products to be moved back through the spray area.

A separate personnel door measuring 1,000mm wide x 2,000mm high is positioned on the right-hand side of the room for convenient operator access.

The larger room size is fitted with six internal lights, providing clear illumination throughout the working area.
