Dry Filter Spray Room – 5m Wide x 10m Deep x 4m High – Insulated

This 5m x 10m x 4m insulated spray room provides a spacious, controlled working environment for professional spray painting, coating and finishing applications. The generous 10m working length provides ample space for larger components, assemblies, vehicles and other products requiring a dedicated spray area.

The room is constructed using insulated steel panels, providing a robust enclosure suitable for demanding industrial environments. Product access is provided by a large 4,000mm wide x 4,000mm high insulated roller shutter door, positioned on one of the 5m-wide ends. The roller shutter features a galvanised steel finish to both sides, providing a durable and practical surface for the working environment.

At the opposite 5m-wide end, the room incorporates a dedicated extraction chest fitted with two 710mm belt-driven axial fans. Each 3.0kW fan is rated at 20,000m³/hr, providing a combined extraction capacity of 40,000m³/hr.

The extraction chest is fitted with Andreae AF923 High Efficiency Extract Filters, providing effective filtration of overspray before the extracted air passes into the ductwork system.

Fresh air enters through the roof-mounted BS290 blue and white roll filter, helping provide a controlled supply of filtered air to the spray room.

For pedestrian access, the room includes two personnel doors positioned on opposite sides and at opposite ends, allowing convenient access without needing to open the main roller shutter. 14 internal lights provide clear illumination throughout the working area, helping operators see the workpiece during preparation, spraying and finishing.
