Fan Starter – 3kW, 400V

The 3kW, 400V fan starter is an enclosed direct-on-line (DOL) starter for controlling suitable three-phase fan motors with a motor current between 5.5A and 8.0A.

The starter is supplied complete with a built-in adjustable thermal overload, settable from 5.5A to 8.0A, so no separate motor overload is required. Start and stop controls are also incorporated into the enclosure.

Suitable for extraction and ventilation applications, including exhaust fans, extraction fans and other three-phase fan motors.

This exhaust fan starter provides a straightforward direct-on-line starting solution for compatible three-phase motors within the 5.5–8.0A operating range.

It can be used as a motor starter for an exhaust fan, extraction fan or other suitable ventilation equipment where direct-on-line starting is appropriate.
