With an impressive 15m internal length, 5m internal width and 5m internal height, this large industrial spray booth provides substantial working space while allowing flexibility for larger components, racking, hanging systems and production equipment.

The booth is manufactured with an insulated White Exterior / White Interior finish, providing a clean, bright working environment while the insulated construction helps improve temperature retention and reduce heat loss. The white internal finish also provides excellent visibility during preparation, spraying and inspection.

Integrated Heating & Curing

This system incorporates a high-performance heating and air recirculation system, designed to provide a controlled 20°C spray temperature and capable of achieving temperatures of up to 60°C for baking and curing.

The heated recirculation system allows the booth to be used for both spraying and accelerated curing, helping maintain consistent environmental conditions throughout the finishing process and reducing curing times where the coating system permits.

Rear Extraction System

Extraction is positioned at the rear of the spray booth, providing a dedicated airflow path through the working area towards the extraction system.

The extraction system and associated ductwork are sized specifically for the booth dimensions and application, providing controlled ventilation during spraying and allowing contaminated air to be safely extracted from the working environment.

Large 4m x 5m Roller Shutter Door

A large 4m wide x 5m high insulated white roller shutter door is incorporated at the front of the booth, providing substantial access for loading and unloading large components, vehicles, fabricated structures and other equipment.

The white finish is matched to the booth panels for a consistent professional appearance.

Four Personnel Doors

The booth is fitted with four personnel access doors, providing convenient access around the large working area and supporting safe movement of operators in and around the spray booth.
