ATEX 1kW Air Warmer – Hazardous Area Electric Heater

The ATEX 1kW Air Warmer is a compact and lightweight electric heater designed for heating air in hazardous and potentially explosive environments. Suitable for small work areas, storage areas and industrial spaces, it provides a reliable source of electric air heating where standard heaters cannot be used.

The unit is suitable for 240V single-phase or 415V three-phase power supplies, providing flexible installation options depending on the available electrical supply. Its 1kW heating output makes it well suited to smaller enclosed areas where controlled background heating is required.

Designed for hazardous-area applications, the air warmer is certified for use in Zone 1 and Zone 2 gas environments, covering IIA, IIB and IIC gas groups. It is ATEX and IECEx certified and features an Ex e construction, making it suitable for applications where electrical equipment must be appropriately protected for potentially explosive atmospheres.

The mild-steel construction provides a robust solution for industrial environments, while the unit can be installed for floor or wall mounting. A suitable controlling thermostat is also available where temperature regulation is required.
