The NIKO 24 Series T20 4-Wheel Trolley is designed for smooth and reliable movement along NIKO 24 Series overhead track systems. It provides a practical solution for suspending and transporting workpieces through spray finishing, painting, drying and other industrial processes.

The trolley features four running wheels for stable movement along the track, together with a rotating DIN 582 eye nut on a ball-joint connection. This allows the suspended load to move naturally as it travels along the track, helping to reduce twisting and providing smooth, controlled movement.

Ideal for use in spray booths, paint shops, drying rooms, coating lines and industrial workshops, the T20 allows workpieces to be easily moved between different stages of the finishing process.

Temperature Options

The standard T20 trolley is suitable for operating temperatures up to 80°C. A high-temperature version is also available for applications up to 250°C, making it suitable for heated drying and curing systems.
