The NIKO 26 Series is the high-capacity solution within the NIKO overhead track range, designed for demanding industrial applications where very heavy loads need to be moved safely and efficiently. With a safe working load of up to 700 kg per metre when correctly supported, the 26 Series provides a substantial overhead handling system for heavy components, assemblies and production equipment.

Designed for use with compatible NIKO 26 Series trolleys and system components, the track can be configured into complete overhead handling layouts incorporating straight sections, bends, joints and suspension points. This allows heavy products to be transported through multiple stages of a manufacturing or finishing process without repeated lifting and repositioning.

The 26 Series is particularly suited to heavy industrial coating and finishing applications, including the movement of large fabricated components, heavy assemblies and products requiring controlled movement through preparation, spraying, drying and curing areas.

Its high load capacity makes it suitable for applications where conventional lighter-duty overhead track systems are not appropriate. As with all overhead track installations, the track, supports, trolleys and suspension system should be considered together to ensure the complete installation is suitable for the intended load.
