Dry Filter Spray Room – 5m Wide x 8m Deep x 3m High – Non Insulated

Our 5m x 8m x 3m high Dry Filter Spray Room provides a spacious, dedicated and controlled environment for professional spray painting, coating and finishing applications.

The room is constructed from single-skin galvanised steel panels, providing a robust and practical enclosure for demanding spray environments. The galvanised internal surface is suitable for areas where overspray may accumulate and allows suitable cleaning chemicals to be used where required. A suitable protective coating can also be applied to the internal surfaces to provide an additional barrier and make future cleaning and maintenance easier.

Extraction & Air Input

The spray room is fitted with two 630mm diameter / 2.2kW belt-driven axial (BDA) extraction fans, each providing 14,400m³/hr at 200 Pa. Combined, the two fans provide a total extraction capacity of 28,800m³/hr at 200 Pa.

The dry filter extraction chest is positioned along the 5m-wide end of the room and is fitted with Andreae High Efficiency Extract Filter (AF923) filter media for effective overspray filtration.

Filtered replacement air is introduced through the roof using BS290 blue and white roll filter media, helping provide a controlled airflow through the spray room.

Product Access & Lighting

The room incorporates two sets of bi-folding doors, allowing products to enter through one end and exit through the opposite end. This through-flow arrangement is particularly useful where products need to move efficiently through the spray and finishing process.

The room is fitted with eight internal lights, providing clear illumination throughout the larger working area.
