NIKO 25 Series Trolley Input/Output Device – A36/A37

The NIKO 25 Series Trolley Input/Output Device is designed for use with NIKO 25.000 profile track, providing a dedicated point for introducing and removing trolleys from an overhead conveyor system.

Available in right-hand 25.A36 and left-hand 25.A37 versions, the device can be incorporated into the conveyor layout according to the required loading direction and site arrangement.

The 25 Series input/output device has an overall length of 850mm, a width of 390mm and a lever height of 250mm.

The larger dimensions of the 25 Series make it suitable for overhead handling systems carrying larger or heavier products. It can be used in industrial painting, joinery, furniture production, manufacturing and finishing applications, where products need to be transferred efficiently between loading areas and the main conveyor route.

NIKO overhead conveyor systems are designed as modular systems that can be extended or adapted as production requirements change, making dedicated input/output points useful within larger handling layouts.
