NIKO 24 Series Trolley Input/Output Device – A36/A37

The NIKO 24 Series Trolley Input/Output Device provides a practical solution for loading and unloading trolleys from a NIKO overhead conveyor system.

Designed specifically for 24.000 profile track, the device is available in both right-hand 24.A36 and left-hand 24.A37 configurations, allowing the arrangement to be selected to suit the layout and direction of the conveyor system.

The 24 Series version measures 700mm in length, 310mm wide and has a 250mm lever height.

The device is well suited to workshop environments where products need to be transferred onto an overhead track before being moved through different stages of production. Typical applications include joinery workshops, furniture manufacturing, painting, finishing and general material handling.

By integrating the input/output device into the overhead track layout, products can be loaded onto suitable trolleys and moved through the working area with reduced manual handling.
