NIKO 23 Series Trolley Input/Output Device – A36/A37

The NIKO 23 Series Trolley Input/Output Device is designed to provide a convenient and controlled point for introducing and removing trolleys from a 23 Series overhead conveyor system.

Available as either a right-hand 23.A36 or left-hand 23.A37 configuration, the device integrates with NIKO 23.000 profile track and provides a practical solution where products or workpieces need to be loaded onto or removed from an overhead conveyor system.

With an overall length of 700mm, a width of 310mm and a lever height of 250mm, the 23 Series version provides a compact input/output arrangement for smaller conveyor installations.

The 23 Series is well suited to applications where lighter products are being moved between preparation, spraying, drying, finishing and handling areas. It can be incorporated into manual overhead track systems to help improve product flow while reducing the need for repeated manual lifting and handling.
