Upgrade your paint booth’s exhaust system with the Andreae High-Efficiency (HE) AF923 Filter. Each filter measures 90cm x 9m and is designed to outlast traditional fiberglass, expanded paper, and styrofoam media.

Constructed from two layers of heavy-duty, punched, and pleated kraft paper, this EPA-compliant accordion filter features an added synthetic polyester backing layer. This dual-stage design maximizes filtration efficiency without sacrificing airflow.

How Inertia Separation Works

Unlike standard mesh filters that suffer from face-loading, Andreae filters utilize inertia separation. As the paint-laden airflow travels through the filter, it is forced to change direction multiple times. Because overspray particles are heavier than air, they follow a tangent trajectory and crash into the deep, V-shaped holding pockets. This deposits the paint outside of the direct airflow, allowing clean air to exhaust efficiently.
