Pleated Panel Filters are amongst the most common air filters used in heating and ventilation systems, and are a popular choice for spray booth intake filtration. By using a pleated media on a supporting wire, they offer a large surface area while minimising pressure drop. This disposable panel filter uses a synthetic media that is pleated to provide increased filter area, bonded to a fine metal mesh for strength and uniform pleat construction, and encapsulated in a rigid, moisture-resistant cardboard frame for a long-lasting panel filter.

Construction

The pleated filtration material is sealed and fixed into the cardboard frame, giving a rigid, long-lasting panel filter available in various thicknesses and grades to suit different levels of protection.
