GIJG-3CW Infrared Curing Lamp

The GIJG-3CW Infrared Curing Lamp is a professional infrared paint curing system designed for automotive bodyshops and paint repair facilities. Using three independently adjustable 1000W infrared lamps, it provides fast and controlled curing of automotive primers, paints, clear coats and putties, helping reduce curing times and improve workshop productivity.

The three-lamp configuration provides a total 3kW heating output, with each lamp independently adjustable to direct infrared heat exactly where it is required. This makes the system particularly effective for curing individual panels, wings, bonnets, roofs and other curved or difficult-to-reach areas.

Precise Infrared Paint Curing

The GIJG-3CW combines temperature and distance sensing with digital control to provide greater consistency throughout the curing process. The soft-touch digital control panel allows the operator to adjust both power and curing time, with a power range of 30–100% and a timer range of 0–99 minutes.

Five preset programmes, together with full-bake and flash-off functions, provide convenient control for different paint and repair applications. The flash-off function is particularly useful for allowing solvents to evaporate before the final curing stage.

Flexible Panel Curing

The gas-assisted pivoting arm and integrated handle make it easy to position the infrared curing lamps over the repair area. Each of the three lamps can be individually adjusted, allowing the operator to concentrate heat around individual panels or follow the contours of areas such as wings and curved bonnets.

With a stated baking area of 1200mm x 1000mm, the GIJG-3CW is well suited to localised automotive paint repairs without requiring the entire vehicle to be placed inside a drying booth.
