GIJG-6CW Infrared Curing Lamp

The GIJG-6CW Infrared Curing Lamp is a professional 6kW infrared paint curing system designed for automotive bodyshops and professional paint repair facilities. Equipped with six independently adjustable 1000W infrared lamps, it delivers powerful, controlled heat directly to the repair area, helping accelerate the curing of primers, paints, clear coats and putties while reducing time between repair stages.

With 6kW of total heating output, the GIJG-6CW is designed for larger repair areas and higher-volume bodyshop applications. The six individually adjustable lamps allow operators to distribute infrared heat precisely across panels, while also providing the flexibility to follow curved or difficult-to-reach areas such as wings, bonnets and roofs.

Precise Infrared Paint Curing

The GIJG-6CW combines temperature and distance sensing with digital control to provide greater consistency throughout the curing process. Its soft-touch digital control panel allows the operator to adjust both power and curing time, with a power range of 30–100% and a timer range of 0–99 minutes.

Five preset programmes, together with full-bake and flash-off functions, provide convenient control for different paint and repair applications. The flash-off function allows solvents to evaporate before the final curing stage, helping achieve a consistent and high-quality finish.

Flexible Panel Curing

The gas-assisted pivoting arm and integrated handle make positioning the curing lamps over roofs, bonnets and other panels straightforward. Each of the six 1000W lamps can be individually adjusted, allowing operators to concentrate infrared heat exactly where it is required.

With a larger stated baking area of 1800 × 1000mm, the GIJG-6CW is particularly well suited to larger panels and repair areas where greater coverage and heating capacity are required.
